The Scottish Reformed Conference (SRC) is a unique event in the Scottish Christian calendar at which believers of all ages and denominations gather to know the benefit and blessing of faithful ministry of the highest calibre as well as the delight of warm, Christian fellowship. It is our prayer that God will continue to use the SRC to bless, encourage and inspire His people and to enable them to enjoy fellowship and friendship across denominational boundaries.
This year’s conference will take place on Saturday 11th May 2024. It is our prayerful hope that you will join us and gather in good number for faithful ministry and warm fellowship.
Our speakers for 2024 are:
Rev Rupert Bentley-Taylor
Rupert was a pastor for thirty years and has taught on a number of training courses and conventions. He has been engaged in preaching training in North India over many years and is also a Trustee of the Christian Institute. Rupert has ministered to our blessing at the SRC on two previous occasions and therefore makes a very welcome return to our conference platform.
Rupert, with his wife Margie, are currently involved in Emmanuel Church in Bath. They have four grown-up children and sixteen grandchildren.
Dr Iain Wright
Dr Wright was born and educated in Edinburgh. As a minister fully committed to the faithful expounding and preaching of the word of God he has, over the years, served churches in London, Scotland and in the United States of America. He has been the esteemed and respected pastor of Covenant OPC, Orland Park, IL. for the past 25 years. He is also a published author. Iain is married with five children and has served in the Royal Naval Reserve for almost 40 years. We warmly welcome him to the SRC.
